Returns and Complaints:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, goods can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, providing that they are undamaged, unused and returned in their original packaging.
We are unable to accept carriage forward parcels.
Any defects must be reported to us in writing or by telephone within 8 days of receipt.
1. Please always enclose a copy of the invoice
2. Please provide an exact explanation for the return of the goods and state whether you would like to exchange the goods or receive a refund of the purchase price.
3. Sufficient postage must be used on returned parcels.
